Full-Stack Developer (React/Next.js/Node.js)
Main Responsibilities
  • Write elegant, efficient and testable Node and React code which is easy to maintain and debug.
  • Write, update, integrate your features with React front-end components.
  • Implement various APIs to feed the front-end with data.
  • Cover code with tests and perform manual testing of features, while reviewing the work of colleagues.
  • As a true teammate, continuously improve the team’s processes, brainstorm ideas and communicate statuses and progress.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front-End or Full-Stack Developer
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript (ES6) and TypeScript
  • Strong experience with React and Next.js
  • Familiar with Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui
  • Knowledge of working with Supabase (DB and Auth)
  • Experience with React Hook Form and validation libraries like Zod
  • Confident with Git and GitHub workflows
  • Comfortable using project management tools such as Jira or Asana
  • Experience deploying apps on Vercel or AWS Amplify
  • Working knowledge of Prisma ORM
  • Experience with Framer Motion or other animation libraries
  • Authentication experience using Clerk, NextAuth.js or Supabase Auth
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks without constant supervision
Nice to Have
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Sanity.io, Builder.io, or WordPress
  • Understanding of Stripe integration for payments
  • Experience with testing frameworks like Jest

Middle Manual QA Engineer (Web/Mobile)
Main Responsibilities
  • Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications (functional, regression, smoke, UI/UX, cross-browser).
  • Analyze requirements and create detailed test cases, checklists, and test plans (using TestRail, Qase, or similar).
  • Report and track defects in Jira/YouTrack, including steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual results, and severity.
  • Test REST APIs using Postman/Swagger (manual verification, no scripting required).
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and QA process improvements.
  • Use Chrome DevTools for debugging (console logs, network requests, element inspection).
  • Collaborate with developers, PMs, and designers to clarify requirements and edge cases.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a manual QA
  • Strong knowledge of test types and Agile methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with task and test management tools.
  • Basic SQL (queries for data validation: SELECT, JOINs, WHERE clauses).

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for software development projects (web, mobile, or enterprise solutions), ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage Agile (Scrum/Kanban) or Waterfall methodologies, tailoring processes to team needs.
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, risks, and resources, proactively mitigating blockers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, QA, designers, DevOps) and external vendors.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups, ensuring alignment.
  • Communicate project status to executives and clients via reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Drive process improvements, implementing best practices in PMO.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in IT project management (software development, SaaS, or digital products).
  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum (Certified ScrumMaster/PSM/SAFe is a plus).
  • Strong risk management and problem-solving skills (RAID logs, mitigation plans).
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management (clients, C-level, remote teams).
  • Background as a developer, QA, or analyst (understanding of APIs, cloud infra, or DevOps)
  • Managed distributed teams (10+ members across time zones).
  • Advanced English (written/spoken) for international teams/clients.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2)
  • Mentored junior PMs or led a community of practice.
  • Public speaking/workshop facilitation experience.
